Ordering and Delivery
Ordering and Shipping: After you place your order and complete payment, we will process your order and arrange shipment within 1-5 business days. Orders placed on holidays and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery methods
Depending on the region and the designated logistics method, the delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days, with slight delays possible in remote areas.
Special time-based shipping requirements
During special holidays, such as Lunar New Year, Valentine's Day, Christmas, and major events, when shipments are large, we will increase manpower for packaging and shipping. Occasionally, due to high logistics volume, there may be delays in delivery time. Please understand and inform us of your needs and inquire about the delivery status at any time.
Return and exchange policy
Return and exchange period
You have a 7-day cooling-off period (excluding holidays) from the date the goods arrive. During this period, please keep the goods in brand new condition and in their original packaging.
Return process
For returns and exchanges, please contact customer service first and provide your order number and relevant information. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and a refund will only be issued after the item has been returned and inspected.
Non-returnable status
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to: used or damaged goods, customized goods, special discount or limited edition goods, and personal hygiene products (such as underwear, headphones, etc.) that have been opened and used.
